Join our association and defend your rights regarding your personal data in Europe and all over the world. Let us know if any European or non-European entity is violating your rights or in non-compliance with GDPR.

About Us

Our main goal is to protect the right to privacy of our members and to help data protection authorities in all the EU countries to detect and enforce compliance by all entities and individuals that handle EU citizens and residents personal data.

Report non-Compliance

If you believe that your personal data has been mishandled, sold, re-marketed or used for other purpose than the one you consented by a data controller or processor in Europe or any other part of the world, please report to us so we can contact them and, if the situation is not fixed, forward the complaint to the appropriate Data Protection Authorities (DPA) in Europe. Also, if you have evidence that a data controller or processor in Europe or anywhere in the world, is violating or non-complying with GDPR and related regulations, please let us know so we contact the entity or person to inform her of the non-compliance and, if the situation is not fixed, to eventually report the non-compliance to the relevant DPAs.

Europe has developed the best data protection system in the world with special emphasis in the human right to privacy which is a unique approach to data protection. Here are the main norms regulating privacy in the EU:

The European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) is the heart of all data protection regulations

The EU GDPR regulates how controllers and processors of EU citizens ad residents personal data must be handled.

The EU Data Act, the Digital Services Act, the EU AI Act and other related regulations

To strengthen the data environment in Europe, other rules and regulations have been created making Europe a world example for privacy accountability.

The Privacy Shield Framework was replaced by the current EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF)

The Privacy Shield Framework turned out to be insufficient for data protection so it was replaced with the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
